Your ‘day to day’ In line with our Digital strategic agenda we will keep on expending our digital footprint by iteratively enhancing the online consumer experience Within this scope, the Manager Website & Ecommerce is responsible for all our RRP* products to develop innovative & compelling digital solutions that will optimize the online user experience. You will work in synergy with various departments and functions inside and outside Digital (i.e. Information Technology, CRM, Consumer Experience, Loyalty, Direct & Indirect channels, Contact center) at both Local and Regional Level. You will be in charge of planning, execution, delivery and publication of high quality, relevant and engaging content aiming to maximize our digital reach as to achieve expected business targets. Specific responsibilities include: • Websites and platforms management: User Experience optimization (AB test roadmap and execution), E-Com business operations, Tickets prioritization & sprint testing, Store locator management, GoogleMyBusinessWeb personalisation and messaging, creatives formatting, landing pages creation and optimization • Acquire and retain online sales in terms of quality leads, ecommerce conversion rate, average order value, repurchase rate • E-tailers management: strategy definition and evolution, operations supervision, KPIs follow up • Loyalty UX management: Platform enhancement, Catalogue and promo management, User stories creations • Define and implement online lead generation strategy • Analytics & Planning: advanced analytics, Insights & optimization (Google Analytics, SessionCam data, Optimizely, etc), cohort analysis and purchase/loyalty behaviours (repeat purchase rate, etc), basket analysis, conversion rate analysis and optimization, competitive and other categories analyses • People Management Who we’re looking for: • A minimum of 8 year work experience, with solid experience preferably in Top multinational technology companies or Telco/FMCG industries • Graduation in Economics, Marketing or related areas to Digital Field. • At least 5 years work experience in e-commerce • Deep knowledge of Web analytics and other tools (Google Analytics, Optimizely, DMP, Sessioncam) are mandatory • Fact based and ROI driven approach • Solid project management skills (Test - Learn - Implement approach) • Experience managing projects in a fast pace environment • Experience working cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities • Agency and budget management skills • Consumer and Customer orientation • Interpersonal and presentation skills • Team player with a proactive and positive approach • Fluency in Italian and English (written and oral) • Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details. • Experience in People Management What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
