Who we’re looking for You need to be a self-starter with strong forward thinking capability & who takes the initiative and identifies gaps in the portfolio or programs governance and makes recommendations proactively. You will develop an optimized PM Vietnam program portfolio enabling the organization to achieve the ultimate business objectives while ensuring the operational governance across the organization, by establishing an effective governance framework and managing the operating model implementation. You will be required to closely collaborate with Management team and influence a wide variety of internal stakeholders. Your ‘day to day’ - Program governance: Establish an effective execution framework of the programs and ensure the operating model functions across company - Program budget management: Establish and manage an effective budget management framework and a financial operating plan ensuring the alignment with the program sponsors and Finance function. This includes reporting on fund allocation/priorities. - Program resource management: Support Management Team with resource allocation in programs, this includes workload or worktime analysis while providing best practices in PBO - Project execution management: Develop and manage all aspects of project and program execution delivery throughout all lifecycles for strategic initiatives - Project resource management: Manage work loading and capacity allocations by developing optimized staffing strategy and model for project execution, identify project management training needs and conduct trainings or coaching, & perform project reviews, ie. assess the health of a project or lead a small team in doing so What you need to have • Minimum of 5 years proven work experience in portfolio and project management with a track record of tracking and aligning management priorities into clear governance framework • Solid stakeholder management skills, working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment • A track record of delivering complex projects obtained in a PBO mature industry, ie. robust skills to drive project-based organization in a complex and fast paced environment including Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Process Optimization, agile practices, patterns and techniques, Waterfall #LIjobs
