You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ Manage the end to end order management for B2B and B2C channels through the leadership and supervision of the team guaranteeing the service level targets and providing reliable data for improvements and optimizations. Develop and deploy the different strategiesin order to achieve the company objectives in line with local and global standards. • Manage the e2e order to cash process ensuring the OTIF per customer/Client and influencing the different areas/processes that participate in the flow are aligned with the company needs. • Generate process optimizations through leading interdisciplinary groups that affect the order life cycle even if they are not a direct report (i.e Finance, Commercial, IS). Continuously look in the market; in order to find any automation solutions or differents methodologies to run orders. • Track the performance of 3PL Service Providers periodically (i.e. monthly) by setting clear KPIs, reviewing their achievements vs. these KPIs; and collaboratively propose ideas / solutions for further cost optimization and processes & systems streamlining and standardization, while improving their performance to the required level • Partner with internal customers and areas that participate in the order flow to ensure the proper information, processess and outcome to deliver an outstanging Client/Customer experience. Implement the established communication flows to identify improvements in the process. • Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of the budget for Order Management, ensure its compliance with PMI financial practices and principles (P&P), and periodically track the actual spend vs. Budget. • Organize, manage, and motivate the team and encourage their personal and professional development, in order to maximise employees’ contribution to accomplishment of the company goals. Ensure that sub-ordinates are aware and follow all PMI practices and principles (P&P) • Ensure that the tools and relevant trainings are provided to the team regarding in-scope order management in order to transfer the required competency to support and maintain a compliant, well-managed, and efficient work environment Who we’re looking for University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics. Minimum 4 years of experience in Order Management and systems implementation processes. Good communication Skills Excellent analytical skills, Intermediate English level is required. Spanish fluent.
