Reporting to the Manager Commercial Deployment Strategy, your role will be geared towards partnering with touchpoint planners within the team as well as the wider commercial business including key accounts, portfolio, sales, pricing and strategic planning to deliver analysis and insights on commercial initiatives. As part of this newly created Deployment Team, the Deployment Analyst will also play an integral role in ensuring that touchpoints including digital, field sales representatives and the call center are being utilised effectively and efficiently by providing data driven business insights and analysis. Your ‘day to day’ • Develop deployment indicators and KPIs for campaigns in line with strategic goals • Perform analysis for campaigns to identify opportunity stores and customer prioritization • Provide end to end campaign reporting using data across multiple platforms such as SAP, ISMS, Salesforce and Aztec/Nielsen to enhance the development of future execution plans • Use data to inform the business on key commercial activities to increase execution plan effectiveness and drive efficiency or cost savings. • Work collaboratively with the Sales Team to create and maintain tools and processes for ongoing business objectives. • Deliver e-orders insights to enhance and inform future plans o e-comm performance Analysis o e-comm performance linked to campaign analysis Who we’re looking for • Degree qualified (Business/Accounting/Finance/Commerce or equivalent) • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills • Experience using SAP/Aztec/ISMS required • Experience in using Salesforce Einstein Analytics & PowerBi advantageous • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders across many levels • Highly developed and demonstrated problem solving, analytical & numeric skills are essential • Strong time management skills including the ability to work autonomously and prioritize own workload and deliverables • Curious and pro-active self-starter who has a proven ability to develop new ideas in ambiguity What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
