IQOS Coach Leader reports to Manager Customer Care Your day-to-day will includes The IQOS Coach Leader is responsible of the Coaches team - a sales and service role country-wide, which includes leading the team of Coachers, both Hypercare and Sales, work in a competitive, challenging and results oriented environment. During your day to day job, you will be in touch with your team, vendors, customers, while using interpersonal relationships, managerial skills, sales abilities, knowledge and professionalism in the field, inventory management, service oriented to Customers is essential as the focus will be B2C. Main responsibilities: We are looking for individuals who are action oriented, details oriented, creative, agile, problem solvers, fast learners with excellent customer services skill, that have: •Marketing, Sales or Customer Excellence experience •Data driven mindset •Initiative takers •Good communication & network traits •Good collaboration with colleagues •High motivation and high learning agility •Ability to work in a fast-changing environment •Experience working with End Customers Requirements: •College/University degree in marketing or BA •Experience in managing subordinates in the private sector and field- must •Strong knowledge of all office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) •SAP, Sales Force- experience - an advantage •Fluency in written and spoken English – must •Technical experience – an advantage •Customer Excellence experience – an advantage •Negotiation skills •Experience in leading projects •Valid driver's license
