Your ‘day to day’ • Design and implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates; • Talent Acquisition Partners supports the integrated talent management strategy through strategic sourcing initiatives in order to help us leverage the best of our diverse talent with experts doing expert work; • Advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touch points and providing broad, holistic & customized experiences by leveraging Employer Branding pillars - will be the EB focal point for Brazil; • Provide advice and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process; • Implement and work to improve affiliate’s Diversity & Inclusion attraction strategy • Improve processes and TA governance with innovative initiatives • Work with global team with the TA guidelines • Works autonomously, and has the dexterity to participate or lead recruiting squads. Who we’re looking for • We´re looking for a TA professional who loves transformation and would like to navigate through an agile ways of working company; • Someone who works having our customers at the top of mind and partner closely to the business leaders acting as talent advisor by recommending different solutions to fill talent gaps. • Work across borders and be empowered and self-organized. This will enhance our ability to design and implement customized solutions to attract and hire the best talents in the market. • Ability to be independent, creative and accountable. • Multitasking and capable to prioritize. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Data driven and analytical mindset. • Relevant recruitment experience – end to end process. • Complete university degree • Advanced English - we are part of a global team.
