Your ‘day to day’ As a B2B Manager, you will be responsible for leading, guiding, motivating and developing a team of B2B Executives to ensure a successful execution of sales strategies and plans in a geographically defined area. You will also be responsible in providing a high level of merchandising to all strategic accounts within the area and ensuring the planning process secures PMAL dominance to achieve optimum visibility & sales volume. In addition you will be responsible for: • Identify territory business problems and business opportunities with sales data support and field feedback • Support in developing and executing trade digitalization strategies and plans • Participate in various commercial projects as the representative of the field Who we’re looking for • College/University - with a degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline. • 5-7 years relevant working experience • 2 years of supervisory experience, FMCG industry will be an advantage. • Strong analytical acumen and good social skills to influence all partners to execute as per brand objectives. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Excellent command of English and Cantonese, both spoken and written. • Good learning attitude and strong result and quality driven mindset.
