Your ‘day to day’ · Manage the overall portfolio of Assessment products to deliver agreed outcomes aligned to the P&C Strategy · Ensure data from assessments flows into the talent architecture · Own deployment tool kits to ensure an optimal experience for the different personas · Ensure the deployment processes are efficient and scalable · Use quantitative and qualitative insights drive to continuous improvement across assessment products and services · Work closely with markets and functions to understand and process pain points and address these needs at speed through managing and continuously prioritizing a backlog · Collaborate closely with CoEs and P&C Partners and ensure consumer centric products that work simply and intuitively · Drive process improvements to exceed customer needs Who we’re looking for? · Strong project and program management capabilities · Excellent communication skills – confident, clear, and succinct · Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly – enthusiastic to learn the complexities of new products and processes · Working knowledge and application of Lean Six Sigma, agile and design thinking methodologies · Disruptive mindset / thinking but based upon data and anchored in commercial outcomes · Strong collaborator across teams and able to lead and motivate distributed and globally diverse teams · Analytical and data driven with experience in dashboards such as PowerBi and Tableau · Ability to make quick decisions around things such as requirement prioritization, scope and assessing viability of solutions · Knowledge and experience in the Talent Assessment space is preferred but not required · Digital and technical skills (basic programming, productivity software applications, automation) is an advantage What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
