Who are we looking for? A person who has/is: • A student of 3rd, 4th or 5th year of studies or University graduates with Bachelor's or Master's degree up to 6 months after graduation – Marketing, Digital, Project Management or similar - would be advantage • Previous experience in Digital/ Marketing/ Customer Care/ Customer Experience areas • Interested in design thinking processes • Curiosity and eagerness to learn, openness in cooperation with others and ability to work in complex environment • Communicative English & Polish • Practical using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience of Agile project management – nice to have • Knowledge of Google Analytics – nice to have • Availability of min. 30 workhours per week What we offer you? • 6 months paid internship • Contract of services • Flexible working time - you can easily combine the internship with studies • Opportunity to gain practical knowledge & learn from the best • Real possibilities to continue work after internship • Understanding of how customer support is changing in the digital area How can you make history with us? • Responsible for improvement & implementation of digitized services for consumers • Preparing & managing project documentation • Participating in design digitalization process regarding services (stages, risks, impacts, analysis) • Translating business materials for their consistency with our commercial & customer care departments • Analyzing feedbacks & consumer’s satisfaction from the lever of service • Gathering system requirements APPLY ON-LINE BY 31.05 Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
