Your ‘day to day’ A Manager Capability develops, manages, and delivers development programs / roadmaps to stakeholders based on current / future business needs. You will also collaborate with internal and external subject matter professionals to deliver a variety of learning content. You will responsible to: • Design, conduct, or facilitate required and recommended training sessions and ensuring training quality by deploying knowledge checks, assessments, and retention techniques. • Understand on how to deploy new learning tools / techniques in training sessions to elevate learning interactions. • Review existing training programs; suggest enhancements and modification to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of consumers, the organization, or the industry. • Collaborate and engage with PMI Global Capability Building Community / Leaders to understand best practices and latest capability toolkits for local initiatives. • Increase staff participation and involvement with capability building activities through engagement and training promotional activities. • Manager learning resources including the training budget to ensure optimize effectiveness of expenditure and return on investment. • Lead capability programs project teams; manages and progresses capability programs independently. • Deploy training effectiveness assessment and make enhancements based on effectiveness feedback. • Source, evaluate, engage, and manage of Third-Party Training / Capability Building Service Providers to ensure fit to purpose subject matter experts are selected to enhance capabilities for the organization. Who we’re looking for • Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales / Marketing field exposure within the FMCG industry and/or Strategic HR Experience (Talent Management / Development). • A natural influencer with commercial understanding and ability to share information with wider business and strong facilitation skills. • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills. • Out of the box creative thinking passion, critical thinking skills, strategic thinking skills and strong analytical skills. • Demonstrates authentic ambition, sense of urgency, agility and tenacity and a genuine commitment to revolutionizing the industry. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Appreciation of digital solutions. • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent.
