For more information, see and Organizational background: • Business Continuity Team within Integrated Business Services (IBS) of PMI drives advanced planning, maintenance and execution of the Business Continuity Plans to ensure that our organization will have capability to operate its critical business functions in the event of an unforeseen disruption to facilities, technology systems, or people. This involves composing a comprehensive framework and governance, testing and maintaining BCP documents as well as communicating with high-level stakeholders to ensure the IBS Finance ability to recovery. • Scope and purpose of the job: • Business Continuity aims at ensuring undisruptive continuation of global critical processes in IBS organization during event of unavailability of buildings, people and systems. • Providing a BCP methodology and comprehensive framework for performing Criticality Assessment of Finance processes and instructions for preparing Business Continuity Plans including BCP local strategies. • Monitoring the BCP awareness across the entire IBS, coordinating the delivery of e-learning for both newcomers and seasoned employees (as refreshers). • Assisting BCP Coordinators in their regular BCP updates as well as ensuring the proper testing is complete in each process team. • Ensuring alignment in the BCP framework and delivery across all IBS locations. • Managing BCP for BPO related topics. Scope of the role: • The objective of Business Continuity Lead role is to drive Business Continuity globally; assume Leadership role in initiation and monitoring of developing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans, local BCP strategies and regular testing. The person will ensure overall coordination throughout disruptive event for all types of unavailability (people, building, systems) including regularly exchange status and feedback between various stakeholders at senior levels. Main responsibilities: • Implement BCP governance and framework aligned globally across IBS organization • Manage governance of regular maintenance of Business Continuity Plans and related framework elements (Criticality Assessment, Business Continuity Strategy, Contact Lists) • Design call tree and facilitate tests and exercises on the Business Continuity Plans • Ensure all personnel with specific Business Continuity responsibilities are adequately trained to fulfill their assigned responsibilities. • Act as a general coordination point by supporting and facilitating execution of the plan at the time of disruptive event • Ensure solid working relationships with key stakeholders at senior level (Global Process Leads, Head of Function, BCP Coordinators) • Manage BCP for BPO related topics (validation of annual BCP tests, coordination of disruptive events etc.) • Enable and coordinate benchmarking, both external and internal. • Skills: • 2+ years in business continuity management/risk management programs within SSC/BPO industry • 2+ experience in large-scale project in global environment with numerous stakeholders • Experience in Finance • Critical thinking, discipline, strong planning and priority setting • Self-starter, independent with the ability to work with a great degree of autonomy • Outstanding agility, flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and decision-making skills • Excellent presentation & communication skills • Customer focus and result-orientated
