For our Insights team in London, United Kingdom we are therefore looking for a Manager Insights Audience Management & Profiling. As we accelerate our journey, the Audience team’s mission is to deeply understand our prospects and consumers' needs and fulfill them better than anyone else. This team will be acting as the cohesive force that underpins PMI’s consumer-centric, data-driven strategy. You'll be working together with a mix of talents in data, analytics, science, technology, marketing and media. You’ll constantly look for effectiveness, efficiencies and big wins: What can we do better? Where can we scale? As a Manager Insights Audience Management & Profiling, you will gather audience insights from quantitative and qualitative data and work with data scientists and analysts to implement targeting solutions globally across multiple verticals. You will: • Collect and understand partners' needs and priorities, translate them into analytics use cases, and design research plans accordingly; • Deliver comprehensive descriptive analyses answering business questions in order to produce meaningful insights and support ad-hoc requests with exploratory analyses; • Summarize and simplify analytical results through reports and consequently interpret and translate insights into clear business recommendations; • Develop targeting and retargeting strategies with the team and deliver audience insights based on qualitative and quantitative data; • Collaborate closely with other data and business analysts to generate holistic analytical deep-dive analyses and provide insights and hands-on recommendations for online marketing campaigns; • Identify available data sources to pull existing audience insights and work with other functions to develop methods to gain new insights; • Manipulate large volume raw data to produce structured data sets for analysis; We’re looking for someone with: • 5-7 years work experience in either Marketing Analytics or Consumer Value Management; • Profound experience with digital marketing (campaigns) and sales analyses and reports; • Significant experience in analyzing online and offline data; • Very strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and use data to drive decision making; • Strong SQL experience and working experience with relational databases; • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI or Tableau); • Understanding of statistical modeling techniques such as regression, cluster analysis, experimental design, etc. and their application in solving business problems; • Detail oriented, technically savvy, marketing and analytical skills; • Experience with machine learning and natural language processing a plus; • R, Python, Spark or Hadoop is a plus; • Self-starter with ability to quickly ramp up on new tools and technologies; • Ability to manage in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity with diverse partners What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
