It is a global, cross functional organization within PMI. At IBS, we work with our internal customers in the central functions, regions and markets, and design highly digitalized global process led solutions. The objective is to improve the experience of our internal customers through these solutions and enabling them to deliver their strategies for PMI – thereby accelerating the overall PMI transformation. Your ‘day to day’ Your key responsibilities will be: 1. Organize, manage and control work of subordinates in OTC team 2. Build and maintain a good relationship with various internal and external stakeholders 3. Assure smooth and exhaustive knowledge transfer of OTC activities from affiliates to IBS OTC 4. Assure proper mapping and documentation of OTC AS IS process and then definition and documentation of OTC TO BE process 5. Define process control points and maintain compliance with established criteria 6. Actively participate in design and deploy phase of SSC/ BPO set up Who we’re looking for • Previous experience in Supply Chain or Order Fulfillment • O2C experience is required • Experience in working in shared services • Experience in Customer Service management, driving the customer centric type of cooperation with internal/ external stakeholders • Ability to run, coordinate and manage continuous improvements initiatives, as well as act upon KPI metrics • Awareness of risk and controls in OTC or/ and Sales, Supply Chain and Finance area
