Your day to day The Distribution Finance Governance & Analytics analyst is primarily responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and providing solution to business issues encountered by the Sales Office (SO). The analyst needs to ensure that sales offices are operating in accordance to controls and policies. This will include SO audit and walk through of processes. Responsibilities: • Serve as the subject matter expert for HQ initiated programs and activities to support sales offices. Work closely with IT and provide support to Sales offices during month end/year end closing. • Prepare and analyze the consolidated projections of Sales office related expenses for the Original Budget (OB), Rolling Forecasts (RF) and Long Range Plans (LRP). Apart from this, act as a primary business partner to affiliate Finance HQ in the periodic budget cycle and help provide budget guidance to concerned partners. • Provide topline view of national reports on credit performance and management. Analyze the data and provide insights on how we can further improve collection efficiencies and other finance related metrics. • Continuously identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvement and responsible for the standardization of processes across all sales offices. • Provide Commercial Management Team with business insights based on financial performance and trends across the regions. Flag any issues which could affect the business and to keep the CMT informed of meaningful developments. Who we’re looking for • College/University- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business Administration • At least 5 years work experience, under finance or business partnering role, preferably in a multinational company. • Effective communication skills Strong interpersonal skills • Advanced MS Excel, Power point and hands on knowledge of SAP • Ambitious self-starter with a strong drive for results What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
