Your Day to Day: Support the Affiliate commercial organization, people and customers through provision of PM sales system to improve the efficiency of PM Sales. Lead and handle systems and development effectively to deliver the business initiatives To partner with Business users to setup the program and process to implement business changes through PM sales system Specifically; Implement Change of business process related to distributor claims by presenting new SOPs among Field Sales Force and distributor administrators, Train FSF on SFA and new system developments. Formalize the scope of the work with internal stakeholders related to new Change Requests, prepare use-cases and connect with providers Execute program/system changes, and to conduct and implement Integration and User Testing and deployment of the PM Sales System Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services Data collection and follow up To setup up the National program to implement changes in Geographical Sales Hierarchy in the system Liaise with Field Sales Force (area managers/regional managers) to update customer master data with routes/cluster schedule Ensure that all Area/Regional managers submit vital customer master data on time with signoff and validate consolidated data for upload in System Project management Execute business changes by following project management methodologies Utilize resources proficiently Connect with business users and external stakeholders and manage their expectations accordingly by ensuring the systems development teams have understood business requirements to development efficient and valuable IT solutions to solve business information problems To articulate the issues encountered and communicate internal/external providers with minimal direction Provide end user support to the sales management to ensure full utilization of technology available Advise sales management of the training implication of new technology, proposing training concepts to address identified needs. Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies and practices in the areas of their responsibility Who We're Looking For Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Experience of at least 3 years - sales experience in FMCG is a plus Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Excel DAX, VBA, PowerBI, python Experience with sales tools Experience in UI/UX design of Android applications and web applications What PMI Offers We’re international.
