We are looking for a Process Engineer (Supply Chain) who will work in Izmir and be responsible for contributing in the efficiency & sustainability of the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub’s overall processes and activities at the same time playing a key role in deployment of SNO (Supply Network Operations) Pillar and act as an RTT Coach. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: • Govern current/new systems and processes in RPH Organization • Support reporting of the continuous achievement of the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub performance targets • Enable PDCA process in RPH performance overview for RPH management • Conduct the process for OB/RF budget inputs preparation and submission to Finance • Coordinate the identification of capability building needs and eliminate the capability gaps by coordinating the provision of the required trainings • Monitor and measure the Service Level adherence of Business Service Provider and follow-up on action plans • Coordinate the communication activities directed to internal & external parties of RPH • Run the continuous improvement ideas collection and coordinate their evaluation & implementation with Global Process Owners. Ensures availability of Master Data in RPH for the global systems. • Train and coach DMS Owners and key DMS process executors • Drive lean process implementation across the Supply Chain organization • Train and coach Planning leads, managers, DMS Owners, Process owners, Planners and BSP for relevant HPNs • Support deployment of relevant planning process according to SNO standards documented in Planning deployment playbook • Support cooperation of internal and external teams in deployment and its daily routines • Support deployment of IT tool changes This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You: • Hold a university degree, Engineering and Management is a plus • Preferably minimum 4 years of experience within different areas of Supply Chain • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • OPEN+, SNO experience or similar working principle to synchronize execution of SC processes with Manufacturing and Logistics processes is a plus • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention for detail • Have strong Supply Chain modeling and analytical skills: interest in initiating ‘self-driving’ tools and automation of processes • Able to think strategically and execute tactically with excellent preciseness and a high level of comfort in analyzing data • Strong capacity to influence positively other team members and work collaboratively • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think and drive change • You will be part of the evolution of the systems and process in the Supply Chain Digitalization journey hence flexibility and adaptability to a continuously changing environment • Dealing with ambiguity and have capability to combine different aspects of the business cases for quick decision making whenever it is needed At Philip Morris International, employee health and safety is our top priority.
