For the team, that is responsible for developing and executing Digital Trade Engagement activities in the CZ/SK/HU cluster, focused on the retail digital activation, communication and engagement. Execution of retail advocacy campaigns that support the achievement of the business goals, with special focus on Leads Generation and RRP Services @Indirect Retail, we are looking for Digital Trade Engagement Executive. WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE? • Trade Programs development and deployment aimed at Leads Generation, RRP services, and Remote Trade Activation. Coordinate and Supervise execution of 3rd party agencies. • Coordinate 3rd party creative- and digital agencies to develop relevant and engaging B2B content to support Trade Activation. Collaborate with respectives teams Czech republic & Slovak to ensure Omni-Channel synergies. • Analyse existing processes and propose new digital more effective solutions • Coordinate and Supervise execution of and 3rd party agencies and DTE tools management. • Analyze the results of trade activities and prepare appropriate information and recommendations for improvement. Calculate and propose resource requirements and/or other facilities, methods, tools, etc. • Ensure proper planning and spending, including forecasting. Ensure expenditures are within established parameters, emphasizing cost efficiencies WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • University degree; marketing, digital or economical field is advantage • Advanced English and Czech/Slovak language skills • 1-2 years of experience from FMCG environment (similar commercial/sales position or trade marketing) or experience in digital B2B marketing • Technical skills and willingness to learn • Big advantage is experience in management or co-creation of website content, UX, customer loyalty program, B2B platform or experience from a digital role • High collaboration spirit with a passion for sharing/implementation of best practice We are looking for candidates with aspiration and potential to develop further and grow within the company.
