PMI is evolving into a Project Based Organization. We are establishing our Project Management Office to support the implementation and embedding of project-based ways of working within the organization. This role will support PBO development and deployment across the Nordics, coordinating projects, budgeting and actuals tracking. The Role • Contribute and support the embedding of PMI Nordics project management methodology, tools and ways of working within the organization • Develop new tools further improving the PBO organization including project / program management, overall market activity tracking and project performance assessment • Support individual projects through various financial analysis and business cases • Support Project leads in ensuring Global and Regional reporting guidelines are met and reflected • Coordinate and ensure Project approved budgets are reflected in the financial system under the correct Budget Owner/cost center About You You will ideally have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance, Business Management, or Economics, and proven, relevant work experience. You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and be able to demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills, negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as keen organizing and analytical abilities. We love people who are curious, with the ability to learn, understand and apply new concepts & technologies. We would also like to see a good understanding of budget process and systems. Your ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial as we adapt quickly and support our teams in an agile way.
