Your ‘day to day’ Support the design, build and deployment of IT Solutions, platforms and processes intended to ease our consumer/customers pains, truly understanding them and acting on that, creating a consumer-centric approach for IT. Engage with stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on the system landscape. 1. Understand and promote the IT Service delivery model, IT internal processes and the system landscape. 2. Consult clients/customers by leveraging available IT portfolios to enable them in executing their strategic plans. 3. Support or manage the design, build and deployment off IT solutions or delivery of IT services by working closely with relevant functional global platforms. 4. Identify opportunities and propose innovative uses of IT solutions and services to address specific business issues. 5. Look after global portfolio in place in the markets. Manage changes to solutions, schedule, time, and costs. Engage with users being an advisor on solutions to be implemented and collaborating in analysing their new requirements. Comply with PMI relevant practices, procedures, and standards to achieve quality and compliance of solutions and services. 6. Meet with clients/customers to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project or initiative. Adhere to relevant principles and practices to achieve quality and compliance on solutions and services. Make sure local solutions comply with all InfoSec and Data Privacy guidelines. 7. Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues in IT and other functions, on matters such as applicable practices, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies. 8. Drive innovation by bringing new ideas to contributes to the growth of the business, foster an experimentation culture, facilitate the deployments of proof of concepts, ideations, encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing with colleagues in IT and other functions, on matters such as applicable practices, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies. Collaborate in build a consumer-centric organization: IT Analyst is accountable for make sure all improvements, changes, projects, and investments in hardware or software, in general, should be driven by a consumer-centric mindset by solving our consumer pains and looking after the proper consumer journey execution with the right tools for every stage. 10. Deploy, implement, support, and maintain local data strategy for Andean Cluster following PMI global strategy and align it to local data stakeholders. Lead technically data solutions in place at the cluster and lead consultants team that support incident and change management for those data solutions. Who we’re looking for - A minimum of a University degree in Computer Science, Industrial/Mechatronics/Electronics, or related Engineering studies. - At least 4 years of experience in building ETLs (data processing, preparation of automation of pipelines) - Experience building reports, dashboards, and Power BI workspace management. - Evidence building and management of Business Intelligence and data warehouse solutions. - Basic experience in Python, Scala (Java), SQL programming and code versioning (ideally MS Devops). - Basic experience in AWS Data lake solutions and architectures and specifically in services such as AWS Glue, AWS S3, AWS Lambda. - AWS Cloud practitioner certification is required. - Experience with Airflow and Terraform is nice to have. - Preferred knowledge in MDL language/ Data Science / Analytical Models / Machine Learning using Phyton or R - Project management skills are a strong plus (PMP or ITIL) - Ability to understand the needs of key stakeholders. - Excellent communication, proactive, analytical, organization, negotiation and relationship skills are required. - Is a must to have an understanding and proven experience in FCMG. - Advanced English level is required.
