Your ‘day to day’ Working in a small team with a big passion for science, you closely collaborate with scientific subject matter experts, seasoned communication professionals and creative agencies, developing strategies to enhance the relevance and the positioning of PMI’s most impactful scientific research to key audiences. You translate medical and scientific information into communication assets and tools that resonate with key audiences, develop compelling and engaging content to bring our science and innovation to life and you deliver toolbox solutions for implementation across the world. Your key activities • Manage the implementation of the global content, engagement, and distribution strategy for scientific communications. • Lead development of science-related materials, including talking points, videos, fact sheets, info graphics, articles etc., in collaboration with external agencies, our corporate partners, and internal colleagues in R&D, legal, and other parts of the organization. • Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary cross functional teams to ensure consistency and correct understanding of our key message across the various audiences. • Continuously improve the usability and the quality of the output of the produced content by establishing a set of Key Performance Indicators and tracking these on a regular base. • Build and maintain expert knowledge of the competitive, scientific, technical, and regulatory landscape. We’re looking for someone with • A Master’s degree in Natural Sciences, Medicine and/or Communications • In-depth experience in medical or scientific communication within an international company and/or a communication agency • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex scientific issues and concepts to broad audiences, with a portfolio of original and produced content • Strong project-management skills, from concept to planning to implementation • Strong in interacting and communicating effectively, orally and in writing, across all levels and in English What we offer We genuinely care about our people and we show this through living out our Employee Brand each and every day.
