You’ll be responsible for demand forecasting and stock monitoring in the market, product availability and shipment delivery to ensure accurate sales forecast and production capacities. You will report to Sales & Operational Planning Supervisor: Under your responsibilities: •Lead category demand planning process ensuring timely availability and accuracy of the plans based on a statistical baseline and market intelligence, collected from the various key stakeholders in the market. •Lead and monitor shipment delivery from different factories to ensure stock replenishment and availability. •Ensure that new products introductions are timely reflected into the demand plans. •Forecasting performance, process excellence, continuous improvement and implementation of global standards and reporting requirements. •Support brand retail and indirect distribution channel with stock management. Your day-to-day will includes: •Monitoring finished goods stock levels in the market, future productions, and shipment plans, to ensure fluent availability of finished goods. •Collect business intelligence from the relevant stakeholders and provide a demand forecast accordantly, following defined drumbeat for all products in scope. •Monitoring demand planning metrics and performing root cause analysis and proper action plan when it’s needed, to meet our targets. •Identify demand plans and exceptions, identify forecast risks and opportunities. •Reporting on forecast performance through standard KPIs, dashboard. •Analyze data & provide inputs to the supply planner. •Maintain category master data. Who are we looking for? •2-3 years of experience in Demand Planning in FMCG industry in a global environment with an understanding of B2B, B2C and Supply chain management. •Strong analytical, data processing and problem-solving skills and experience in applying statistical models. •Deep knowledge in forecasting, planning, inventory control and shipment delivering. •Excellent communication skills, ability to drive consensus among senior leaders and lead complex change management initiatives. •Proficient in MS office software. PBI is advantage. •BA/MA in Supply Chain management/Business Administration. •Hebrew/English: Fluent.
