This role is part of Operation Customer Service team, with the key accountability to lead and manage the multi-category Distribution Requirements Planning process in market distribution channels. Ensuring the inventory is allocated to the correct channel/location, in the right quantity to meet anticipated demand. YOUR DAY TO DAY • Execute the Distribution Requirements Planning process drumbeat for the market to meet service level and Stock to Norm targets for market channel’s locations. Proactively identify and mitigate Supply Chain risks. • Ensure close collaboration & up to date communication among all stakeholders (e.g. Sync Hub, market Demand planning/Sales & Operations Planning, PMI partners, Logistic Service Providers, commercial teams) involved in DRP process, both on providing inputs to DRP and using the output plan. • Collaborate with PMI partners to drive the DRP process and joined benefits. Monitor the DRP proposed order adherence with the partners, promoting touchless planning and execution process. Discuss with the partners the adjustments of planning parameters to achieve maximum adherence to DRP output. • Collaborate with the Business Service Provider team to provide inputs for planning parameters (e.g. Minimum Order Quality, Inv Targets, prioritization management) and ensure master data completeness and correctness by applying defined analysis tools and reporting. Continuously drive process improvement for Business Service Provider team to maximize efficiency. • Drive improvements for Key Performance indicators: Adherence to DRP proposal, On Shelve Availability, Stock To Norm, Cost to Serve, LOGD. • Drive the monthly calculation of defined KPIs, root-cause analysis in case of deviations vs target, define and execute action plans for improvements. YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU HAVE • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering. • Excellent in verbal & written English. • Experience in supply chain (distribution planning, sales/business planning, logistics, demand planning, production planning, order management) and experience in project management, preferably in Operations and in a multinational company and/or in a complex business environment. • Commercial planning experience is a plus. Solid knowledge of: • FMCG/electronics inventory management (working capital, inventory targets setting). • Distribution planning process and key principles. Key replenishment principles (based on forecast, reorder point, based on run rate, etc.). • Demand planning process and key drivers of the demand, incl. PIPO principles. • Understanding of commercial channels structure and channels evolution strategy (Direct, Indirect). Understanding of the drivers of the existing distribution channel, the network set-up and the different possibilities for optimization and changes. • Commercial strategies/dynamics and their respective impacts on sales. Ability to collaborate & align with commercial strategies and initiatives. • Good understanding of fundamentals in end-to end supply chain planning, S&OP, order management, Product Portfolio Management, production planning & Material Resource Planning. • Technology and data driven mindset. Understanding of interlinks between different systems and data flows. • Systems & Tools: E2E Supply Chain solutions (ideally E2OPEN), E2E Supply chain visibility tool, solid knowledge of SAP, SAP APO and/or other relevant end to end planning solutions and optimizers.
