The mission of the Commercial Operations team is to lead the consumer facing sales channels (IQOS Stores and other retail outlets ) to best ensure consistent and effective executional deployment of the omnichannel experience. We are sourcing a RRP RETAIL EXECUTIVE, who will report to the Manager Retail Formats Deployment. Driven by store experience excellence, brand building and the needs of our consumers, the Retail Executive is responsible for the roll out of our premium direct and indirect retail network of stores, corners and permanent point of sales material in The Netherlands. Gain in-depth knowledge of the needs, behaviors and active territory of our consumers in order to support our consumer centric organization. 2. Translate Global Store Design into channels and formats across the country by liaising with local retailers, designers, contractors and our global brand retail team in order to ensure timely and qualitative implementation of the designs. 3. Coordinate openings, refurbishment, maintenance and rollouts of all retail formats incl. permanent point of sales material and fixtures. 4. Coordinate projects and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external business partners, including retailers, landlords, cross-functional departments, vendors & suppliers to ensure on time delivery and commercial viability. 5. Collaborate with the teams in and out of your commercial stream to identify opportunities for omni-channel connections and implement high quality solutions for our consumers. 6. As the subject matter expert, you will provide business decision support to develop our retail formats and network. Demonstrates curiosity and diverse ways of thinking to create and experiment with new ideas to benefit our consumers 6. Fluency in Dutch and English 7. Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development.
