We are looking for a capability building manager NL who will focus on developing the knowledge, skills and competencies of our country teams to successfully commercialize our portfolio whilst ensuring a consistent consumer experience across B2B and B2C channels Purpose of the role Ensuring that our internal Commercial Team & Commercial 3rd parties NL have the right knowledge, skills and capabilities to successfully share our vision and sell our products [both Conventional and Non-Combustible Alternatives]. Supporting the company shift towards a consumer centric organization [capability, mindset] to align our voices towards the consumers. In close partnership with the Head of Capability Building, he/she defines and develops the functional skills, tools, resources, training methodologies for the NL Commercial Team. Do you feel thrilled when reading the above purpose? please continue reading to learn what the key accountabilities of the role are: • Deliver consumer-oriented train-the-trainer concepts – define training needs (product know-how, selling skills etc), develop individual & group trainings and materials using a diverse set of training platforms • Conduct gap analyses (knowledge/skills/competencies) in close collaboration with Capability Building head [incl. the country], Channel heads and Commercial heads • Analyze gaps to build commercial capabilities; propose and develop a holistic training environment and local support toolbox for the Commercial Teams & Commercial 3rd parties based on individual and organizational requirements • Ensure and deploy timely & quality trainings in line with the agreed planning & budget • Conduct training programs with the support of external agencies • Performance tracking of programs and continuous improvement: continuously evaluate and track the training activities delivered and adapt to customer needs if necessary • Design governance model for quality assurance (mystery shopping, feedback loop from staff, etc.) • Ensure all employees from all channels have learning in lines with their in-call mission and can deliver upon a PM desired Omnichannel consumer experience • Ensure that all involved parties are trained to be able to deliver those training and achieve agreed targets; organize and lead workshops to drive the collaboration with external partners, raise knowledge and enhance these into the commercial organization • Ensure onboarding of new commercial people [front-office] Our ideal candidate would match the following experience and competence requirements: • Previous experience in a sales position is required • Strong knowledge and understanding of the industry • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving problems, making decisions and identifying priorities • Detail oriented but also able to prioritize those things that will have an impact • Highly organized with a sense of urgency and can do attitude • A growth mindset, enabling you to be resilient and able to adapt to a changing work environment • Fast learning capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment test for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation. Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings: 1.
