We are currently looking for a PEOPLE COMMUNICATION Executive. A well-known rule in the business says that your competitors can eventually copy anything, but your people. In this position, as a member of our People & Culture team, you will hence have a mission-critical role to play in helping connecting and engaging our people to enable their maximum contribution to the quest that our company has now fully embarked on. This position is a key contributor to fulfilling the PMI’s smoke-free vision. WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE? • Be responsible for the internal communication & employee engagement strategy reflecting long term company strategy as well as ad-hoc business needs • Manage all available communication channels and situationally use the most appropriate one to ensure 2-way communication (top down – bottom up). • Create and maintain the content for internal intranet, social media and other channels • Organize employee engagement activities that accelerate internal transformation process e.g. regular Business updates, company culture implementation events, competitions • Lead and deploy corporate or cluster (SK, CZ, HU) people engagement initiatives locally • Be an adviser and consultant for business during various projects, activities to ensure proper and timely communication is provided to all employees • Support or manage activities that would strengthen the company brand externally (e.g. university presentations, Equal Salary Certification) WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR? • Energetic, independent professional with can do attitude • Experience in communications, people engagement • Curiosity, creativity and passion for people • Ability to create compelling content & organize events • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (fluent both SK and EN) • University Degree • You don’t need to know everything, we trust in your high learning agility What we offer – 13th & 14th salary – Extra days off – Flexible working time – Supplementary pension plan (III. pillar) – Life & accident insurance – Opportunities for career development & growth – Work for a multinational company - certified Equal Salary & TopEmployer - Positive working environment Legal minimum gross salary for this position set at 1671€ / month (the actual salary depends on the seniority level) WHO WE ARE Philip Morris International is a leading international tobacco company, with a diverse workforce of around 73,500 people who hail from every corner of the globe.
