Responsibilities: 1. ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT PLANNING • Conduct comprehensive analysis of core HR processes (e.g. performance and talent management, key indices in global / local surveys and other available data / insights) to identify critical organizational gaps. 2. RESOURCE ALLOCATION • Contribute to crafting relevant OE budget by allocating necessary resources to core activities within own areas of accountability. 3. KEY INITIATIVES PLANNING & IMPLEMENTATION • Collect relevant data through HR managers from business functions to conduct regular analysis of core organizational needs. Build solid knowledge about internal customer, conduct customer interviews / surveys to stay abreast of customer needs’ changes to timely address those. 4. CHANGE MANAGEMENT • Apply change management approaches and tools to ensure the successful introduction / implementation of new programs, tools for organizational development. 5. COLLABORATION • Build partnership within HR team, relevant business functions and global teams to ensure agile and creative problem-solving and implementation of global and critical local solutions. Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in HR department on position of People Partner, HRBP, Learning&Development. • strong analytical skills and attention to details; • can do attitude and result oriented approach; • excellent consumer orientation skills; • Power Point, Excel.
