Position Purpose: Analyze, prepare and submit financial reports; provide management with the appropriate information for planning and decision-making; maintain financial data in the financial systems; prepare, maintain and reconcile accounting records. Responsibilities: • Maintain consistency and accuracy of financial records in the Company's financial systems to ensure accurate and timely data reflection in line with US GAAP, IFRS and the Company's financial policy and procedures. • Prepare/submit regular and ad hoc reports on financial activities of the Company in accordance with accountings standards and Company's schedules to support management decisions. • Analyze and reconcile accounting records to primary documents and other data sources, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as well as with requirements of Ukrainian legislation • Timely and accurately, make entries to the accounting registers of synthetic accounting, timely update and verify them in order to ensure correctness. • Perform reconciliations US GAAP versus IFRS, ensure month-end and year-end closing activities in-line with the Company's closing schedules. • Prepare and submit statistics reporting. • Participate in yearly IFRS audit activities, coordinate inventory stock counts.
