We're currently looking to hire an experienced IT Project Lead for our Swiss Domestic and Duty Free IT Team at Philip Morris World Trade S.A.R.L located in our Operations Center in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will be the key contact for IT (Information Technology) and Digital initiatives in our Swiss Domestic and Duty Free IT Team and support the current Commercial, Data, Finance and Operations portfolio to ensure optimal utilization. In addition, you will stay up to date with new ways of working introduced within the organization, leveraging the central IT portfolio of Digital tools and methods for the Swiss Domestic and Duty Free IT Team. Specific responsibilities: • Coordinate various projects and serve as a liaison point between the business and technology groups within/outside PMI • Gather requirements, propose and implement solutions • Understand business needs, participate in defining requirements and proposing solutions, and implement the agreed deliverables. • Plan, execute, monitor and close the project utilizing and adhering to Project Management and Agile best practices. • Communicate with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to review project requests, assess project phase scope, manage project resources, provide status updates, and plan, schedule and coordinate project tasks and deliverables. • Assign tasks, clarify accountabilities, monitor execution and measure results of assigned resources for the assigned project phases. • Provide timely status updates • Contribute to resolution of project related issues • Contribute to resolution of project related issues by analyzing, identifying and proposing solutions. Assess and mitigate project risks • Support of existing applications, organize trainings and create & update user manuals You need: • Expert with the Agile Framework and Project Management approach to quick solution delivery in multi-team organizations • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that provides numerous on-the-job learning opportunities • Experience of digital concepts and supporting consumer digital devices and apps • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken • Hands-on technical background • Consumer Centric mindset Nice to have: • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerBI or other reporting services • PM/Agile certifications (PMP, Scrum, Safe,…) • Finance and Supply Chain Exposure • SQL, Python
