Our work spans the globe and includes audit, treasury, internal control and commercial financial support. Your day to day • Provide overall financial reporting oversight on areas of sales, inventory, remittance, and receivables data at the Sales Office level. • Provide assurance on the accuracy and completeness of reported sales and inventory movements, consolidated for the SO in order to comply with PM Financial Reporting standards and to provide decision support to Management. • Supports the development and design of reports from processes emanating from or directly affecting the SO in coordination with Internal Controls, Treasury, Financial Reporting, Tax and Information Technology as necessary. • Provide decision support to the SO and Sales Management while ensuring adherence to financial controls and forecasting a collaborative relationship with internal customers • Supervises and monitors the report submission of the SO to ensure that deadlines are met. • Reviews and analyzes regular Finance-related reports • Ensures that all Sales and Inventory Reports and procedures within the sub-function adhere with relevant PM Principles and Practices. • Ensures, in coordination with Finance Management and HR, that the development and coaching needs of his/her are addressed. Who we’re looking for • College/University-Accounting or Business Course Graduate. A Master's Degree in Business Management and/or C.P.A. qualification is preferred but not required. • At least 8-10 years work experience, handling or overseeing an accounting, financial support, or audit function, preferably in a multinational company. • Preferably with experience in budget preparation, financial modelling and management reporting for at least 2 years. • Worked in a supervisory or equivalent capacity for at least 2 years. • Exposure in direct sales/distribution company of a fast-moving consumer goods is preferred but not required. • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines • Effective communication skills • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
