The Digital function is responsible for creating experiences to motivate awareness, consideration, activation and loyalty; as well as the Digital Services required to enable these experiences. This team is helping to establish our modern communications vision, and lead the execution of new projects, capabilities, and programs. Reporting to the Digital Activations Manager, the SEO executive provides research and insight to support the delivery of all aspects of SEO including Content, Campaigns, Technical and Reporting. He is responsible for improving our owned properties (websites, marketplaces, etc.) in terms of site ranking improvement on core keywords, ultimately increasing organic traffic. He will focus on keyword research, limiting the repetition of content and building links. In addition, he will be working closely with the other workstreams to achieve SEO objectives, measuring the success of SEO and ROI, and assisting with the maintenance of the website's architecture to ensure user-friendliness. Your ‘day to day’ Strategy, Analysis and Planning • Support the identification of our SEO opportunity and the plan to execute this. • Ensure that the uniqueness of the PH market is reflected in our approach, including technical SEO, Search Engine Marketing (Paid Search), content & keywords to focus on. • Drive our SEO efforts including keywords, content optimization, structured data etc. Consumer • Enable consumers to receive the most appropriate information on Heated Tobacco Products (HTPs) and IQOS through implementation of SEO content and activities • Collaborate with OC and Hub UX teams to improve user experience via regular audits • Prioritize SEO activities and content based on consumer needs and business requirements while taking into account local restrictions. Collaboration • Partner with digital content suppliers / producers (e.g. third party digital or SEO agency) and Regional Digital Hub to conduct analysis and reporting, produce high quality SEO content and execute against the roadmap as required • Work with Legal and External Affairs to ensure compliance on the development of new content, both for branded and unbranded keywords. • Work with 3P Marketplace Executive in updating content for official store’s content and product pages to ensure ranking on trending and relevant keywords Research • Conduct keyword research to determine the optimal use of words and phrases to drive traffic from search engines to our website. Keyword research also extends to 3P marketplace platforms to identify top and trending keywords that need to be considered for official store and product pages' content. • Monitor visibility of rankings for share of voice online, including brand mentions on social. • Conduct on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition. Reporting and Analysis • Produce regular analysis using Google Analytics, Search Console and other tools (e.g. Conductor) to critically review and measure performance of organic search including 3P marketplace platforms. • Provide recommendations on how to optimize and improve. Knowledge Building • Encourage development of basic SEO competencies and drive knowledge building for both the immediate Digital team and cross functional teams (e.g. Omnichannel, EA and Legal).
