The Digital function is responsible for creating experiences to motivate awareness, consideration, activation and loyalty; as well as the Digital Services required to enable these experiences. This team is helping to establish our modern communications vision, and lead the execution of new projects, capabilities, and programs. Reporting to the Digital Activations Manager, the Website Executive will be responsible in helping create, develop, and implement strategies and design that will improve user experience and drive traffic to the website via different channels with a focus on Search Engine Optimization. Your ‘day to day’ Strategy and Planning • Identify key website metrics that will help in the delivery of business objectives and build the necessary roadmap and formulate the optimization strategy that will help towards the achievement of said KPIs. Search Engine Optimization • Support the identification of our SEO opportunity and the plan to execute this. • Ensure that the uniqueness of the PH market is reflected in our approach, including technical SEO, Search Engine Marketing (Paid Search), content & keywords to focus on. • Drive our SEO efforts including keywords, content optimization, structured data etc. Reporting and Analysis • Monitor site performance regularly and uncover customer insights that will improve site performance and user experience • Monitor site performance regularly to ensure site is working properly and there are no bugs, closely working with IT and Hub teams to solve problems, if any, in a timely manner. Website Optimization • Be the point of contact of the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team and work closely with them in building A/B testing for campaigns, web design, and SEO. Explore personalization strategies to improve web performance. • Ensure that new creative & technical UX solutions can be leveraged to improve user experience and engagement Collaboration • Work closely with our key internal and external Web Operations partners, regional digital Hubs and commercial leads in identifying new and existing opportunities and business processes that could be optimized and deployed. • Identify and drive improvements in internal and external processes to make delivery of campaigns, content and promotions more effective and efficient. • Be the point person and consultant of the RRP team in implementing their requirements (specifically for the website) and serve as the Digital Hub’s Workfront Champion Who we’re looking for: • 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing; agency experience. • Solid grasp of web development fundamentals including html, CSS and JavaScript. Thorough understanding of web design and site structures. • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in SEO.
