Your ‘day to day As B2B Digital Solutions Analyst you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing innovative digital solutions for Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc., including: process mapping, requirements elicitation and management, design recommendations, testing, production deployment, training and documentation, and measuring and monitoring solutions. You are the digital subject matter expert working alongside the product manager, product owner, business teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders to address business needs by developing new digital solutions and enhancing existing applications. You will be accountable for: - Providing digital expertise to business stakeholders to address problems and identify opportunities through technical solutions or business process improvements. You will deliver presentations to business teams and facilitate workshops, ideation and design thinking sessions, measure and monitor solutions for effectiveness and pro-actively seek opportunities to improve current digital processes and systems by researching emerging approaches, technologies, solutions and techniques. - Working with business stakeholders to elicit, understand, define and document business requirements, functional specifications and acceptance criteria for both product and process enhancements. You will liaise with technical teams and external vendors to assist with the translation of business requirements into technical solutions and Assist in designing, recommending, and delivering compelling UX/UI solutions and provide UX/UI guidance to external developers to provide improved customer experiences. - Developing and reviewing test cases, perform or facilitate user acceptance testing, and support business and technical stakeholders in initial stages after deployment by collaborating with developers to test and verify that solutions meet business requirements. - Designing, documenting and maintaining business and system processes and rules while working with business partners to optimize the overall landscape. - Facilitating orientation and education of business and technical users on the digital products throughout the product lifecycle, building and maintain release and training documentation. YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE - 5-10 years of relevant experience - Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related experience - Product specific skills e.g. Salesforce, Mulesoft - Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence or other Team Collaboration software - Ability to work with both the agile and waterfall development methodology - Experience working on implementing and configuring solutions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable leading from abstract discussions to concreate recommendations/solutions, eye for detail with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies - Global exposure to technical projects and programs, able to work with global teams - Business Analysis Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CCBA) desired WHAT WE OFFER We offer the opportunity to join an organization where you can grow in a wide range of business functions.
