Your ‘day to day: • Contribute to the overall business strategy by bringing in the aspect of human capital management and organizational change. Give input to support the development of appropriate People and Organization Strategies (P&C LRP) to support Operations transformation (FutureOps). Translate and align all people and organizational aspects of the overall business strategy to local and functional P&C plans. • Ensure deployment of all key HR Products and Services. Adapt and align the available service portfolio to local requirements and business needs and coordinates the solution delivery (internal or external). Measure effectiveness of deployed P&C Products & Services. • Act as Change Agent and become a role-model for lean and simple support services. Serve as Change Enabler, by providing proactive support for the market to successfully plan and implement business transformations or other strategic organizational change programmes. Coach the local Senior Management on their way to Leadership Excellence in sense of managing their people (in times of change). • Anticipate, understand business demands, analyze and diagnose the request and propose and coordinate the solution delivery (internal or external). Provide advice, consulting, coaching on all business matters having an organizational or human capital management aspect. Ensure productive employee/labor relations to meet company goals on short-mid and long term. • Manage Employee and Labor Relations to maintain an optimal relationship. • Manage and develop three (3) P&C Managers and collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COE), and the P&C Operations global community. • Integrated Talent Management (ITM), Product & Experience Delivery (P&ED) counterparts to deliver unparalleled employee centric experiences Qualifications: • Minimum 10 years leadership or people management roles preferably in HR or have had background in HR business partnering • strategic thinking and strong people influencing skills What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
