Join us in this role and you’ll be part of our IT Corporate Platforms team at IT HUB in Krakow, Poland. You will manage a portfolio of IT solutions supporting key strategies of PMI as well as initiate and run projects. Foremost, you will mobilize and lead cross-functional internal and external teams. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? •Experience in global delivery role, leading and delivering IT solutions and programs for high-pace global transformations within Finance and Risk Assurance Functions •Strong knowledge and understanding of risk management practice (roles and processes of Risk Assurance Functions) •Knowledge of GRC technology is a plus (i.e. IBM Open Pages, SAP GRC) •Seasoned experience of product management, Agile delivery tools and methodologies (e.g. SAFE) •Strong sense of accountability in driving results and decision-making •A collaborative approach, comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal partners with a consumer-centric mindset •Passion for continuous learning in a changing environment •Expertise in the setup and management of distributed teams and in motivating project teams and/or indirect team members •Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively within the organization •Outspoken leader able to bring the best out of team members coupled with a creative thinking WHAT WE OFFER? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Remote work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? •Engaging with senior leaders of Risk Assurance Functions (Internal Control, Corporate Audit, Information Security), Product Owners, Enterprise and Domain Architects to create a multi-year strategy for our portfolio of applications •Responsibility for planning and IT budget for Risk Assurance Functions projects and monitor their interdependencies •Leading a diverse and distributed team of project and service managers, architects, and IT Experts •Remove roadblocks, that Team is unable to resolve at their own level, to keep the delivery momentum •Coordinate the communication plan, regularly reporting progress to partners •Manage the budget and vendor management activities associated with various projects and support activities by following financial guidelines and regular reporting Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
