About the CITIUS program You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 12 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). Who we’re looking for - University degree, preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or equivalent - EU Work Permit - Project Management Skills - Result Oriented - Strategic thinking - Stand alone - Strong verbal and written communication plus analytical skillset - Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) - Sourcing & negotiations skills - Entrepreneurship & Commercial sense - Proficient level of English Responsibilities Philip Morris Spain is seeking talented people to join our Procurement Team. To further strengthen our department based in Madrid, we are looking for a Manufacturing Procurement Intern with the following accountabilities: - Support global manufacturing procurement function in development & execution of the global sourcing strategy by interacting with internal stakeholders, analyzing market and helping to deliver end-to-end category management practices in line with overall functional strategies; - Support the team in development of specific best practices for sourcing: TCO of assets, defining risks management strategies, integration of the standards - Help in defining the cost improvement opportunities through analysis of existing sourcing solutions, contract terms and investigation of the market - Process competitive biddings, analyze commercial proposals, perform negotiations - Help to develop mechanisms and metrics to maintain supplier database, track performance related to delivery, quality, and cost - Lead the contracts administration process - Ensure efficient communication with variety of internal stakeholders and external partners and - Get PLENTY of experience in global procurement team of well-known multinational company that will be a great basis for your future career Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
