We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products. We’re looking for a customer-centric individual to be part of the Commercial Planning team and to provide comprehensive analysis and interpretation of all Commercial Operations key performance indicators aiming to support strategic decision making. Your ‘day to day’: • Closely monitor of all key Commercial Operations KPIs (short/medium term), in comparison with all relative indexes (OB, RF, etc), by effectively and efficiently using all the appropriate CO information systems. Identify threats and opportunities and constantly keep Commercial Operations management updated on those • Develop, maintain and continuously enhance appropriate monitoring procedures and tools which will enable fast and versatile analysis • Ensure that Commercial Operations information is available, understood and used throughout the CO organization, by thorough training and daily support of all forces • In cooperation with IS colleagues, continuously enhance sales systems' functionality by accumulating current and future requirements and by performing all necessary tests prior to release to the end users • Develop and implement new projects to improve Commercial Operations information quality and facilitate the daily activities of all internal customers Who we’re looking for: • Educational background in Maths, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or other quantitative discipline or equivalent experience (MSc degree will be considered an asset) • 3-5 years of commercial experience within a Data Analysis role • Advanced Data Visualization experience with MS Power BI and dashboard designs • Finely-tuned data skills and an awareness of data quality, data integrity checking as well as reconciliation • Experience in building presentations and analyzing data in MS Office in an adjustable manner for a range of audiences • Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving ability • Previous working exposure in commercial/sales divisions is beneficial • Experience of supporting operational planning and delivery processes • Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken)
