If so, then please keep on reading. We are looking for an Online Media & Loyalty Programs Manager who will be a game changer in the digital Route to Market transformation. He/She will be responsible of managing the B2B Digital Platform of PM Turkey which is the industry leader with highest engagement rates. If you still think this job fits your personal aspirations, then let’s move forward with what this job looks like: •Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align digital product roadmaps -specifically media and retention products, to strategic goals •Ensure that Product Owners within the team define accurate backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team. •Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of digital products •Manage the collaboration with IT teams and tech vendors to maintain the system, resolving system issues and deliver new developments •Always enhance the platform by expanding the digital eco-system via working with start-ups, fintech companies and other relevant parties. •Act as a Product Manager for multiple products and own the program’s life cycle management •Manage the UI / UX of the platform to meet changing customer needs/demands •Conduct content analytics to measure digital behavior and deliver insights for further business development •Maximize retention and NPS of customers via various projects and initiatives. And finally, what skills would make you the best candidate: •University degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Engineering or any related field. •5+ years of experience in the commercial domain with at least 2-years of back-office positions •2+ years of people management experience preferred •Experience in Google Analytics / Data Studio, Clustering, Micro Segmentation, Mass Customization •Experience in Customer Care, CRM infrastructures, Loyalty and Retention programs •Experience in Agile methodologies, preferably holding product owner certifications such as PSPO 1 •Fluency in English both written and spoken •High digital savviness and curiosity towards digital platforms •Ability to combine multi sourced data to drive business strategy •Strong entrepreneurship mindset and strategic thinking •Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with strong communication and collaborative skills Due to COVID-19, this role will start as a remote position, but it will transfer to our HQ either partially or fully, after we start to work from the office again.
