Your ‘day to day’ We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our organisation and be responsible for our eCommerce platform and digital activities in Sweden. Your responsibilities would include: • Own and shape the eCommerce budget and P&L • Monitor and analyse KPIs for operations, sales and marketing effectiveness for our online store, iqos.se • Analyse key eCommerce drivers, evaluation of promotion effectiveness and definition of best-in-class e-merchandising practices • Define strategies in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, retention, conversion, A/B testing and reporting of the eCommerce Channel • Evaluate online users’ behavior to deliver engaging online experiences via constant Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) techniques • Drive innovation and enable personalisation by utilising advanced eCommerce tools and transforming them into new omnichannel e-services/initiatives/features. • Lead & monitor eCommerce, CRM journeys & website key metrics to improve channel effectiveness, (UX/UI) usability and performance • Ensure availability and website performance • Orchestrate the formulation of 3rd partnerships aiming to create new IQOS e-marketplaces for acquisition purposes • Manage the relationships with 3rd parties and intermediary services • Oversee Paid Media & SEO strategy • Work in close collaboration with Global Team and Marketing Team so as to shape local and global roadmap of new product launches and overall initiatives Who we’re looking for The ideal candidate will have worked for 5+ years within ecommerce and digital marketing and have the following skills and experience: • Proven experience managing a budget and having P&L responsibility • Experience leading and building a team • Excellent understanding of eCommerce, operations and web analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI etc) • Email marketing skills and experience working with at least one email service provider (ESP) platform • Experienced working cross-functionally in pursuit of a shared goal • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media • Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills • Strong in MS Office, especially Excel • University degree in a relevant field • Swedish language skills highly advantageous About you In addition to the skills and experience above, we are looking for a colleague who: • Thrives at working in a team environment and loves to develop their team • Is hands-on and doesn’t shy away from accountability and responsibility • Is highly analytical and always tries to think outside the box to find solutions and drive business forward • Brings high energy and positivity to the team • Adapts to change and is quick to pivot when needed What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
