If you’re a self-motivated doer with excellent interpersonal skills, be ready to use them to assist the Brand Manager in planning short and long-term brand strategies and action plans based on key consumer insights and competitive dynamics for assigned brands. You will also provide oversight of the planning and execution of all brand support programs, including product development, market research, and engagement activities. YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Assist and involve in assigned brands’ strategies and corresponding plans development in order to achieve annual and long-term qualitative (i.e. product & image perception) and quantitative (i.e. volume, Share of market, Operation Costs Income) target. Ensure every market initiatives are submitted to Regional/ Global review platform in a timely and quality manner with the required approvals. • Analyze and identify key consumer insights in collaboration with Market Research & Consumer Insight team and translate the insights into input for key business strategies and action plans. • Assist Brand manager to manage the entire process and timeline of product development by working closely with internal (oversea and domestic) stakeholders to drive launch preparation & commercialization process and develop innovation pipeline for PMT portfolio, based on pre-define long term plan. • Develop required brand support materials and programs through effective agency management to best communicate brand attributes and PMT products, and ensure all Business Engagement activities are in line with brand objectives. • Assist to manage marketing budget by complying with all relevant policies, procedures and guidelines; analyze the cost efficiency and effectiveness of all running brand related activities, in order to achieve maximum return on investment. • Ensure all approved brand programs are executed in accordance within approved laws and government regulations and Company internal policy.
