Role Overview As a member of our People & Culture (P&C) team you will enjoy a truly varied and interesting role as our HR Operations Senior Specialist. Working with a great team of HR experts, you will get involved in a broad range of projects and activities, including Employee Experience, Equal Salary Certification, Data Analysis, Employee Relations and Contract and Compliance Management. Key Responsibilities • Supporting the P&C team's work on Equal Salary Certification, Gender Pay gap reporting and DE&I activities • Supporting activity around Employee Experience including new starters, relocations, onboarding and induction, general queries • Assisting with contracts management and market reviews including medical, dental and life assurance • Helping review core and flexible benefits • Administering employee files in a confidential and professional manner • Driving HR data insights and analysis • Supporting HR Business Partners and employees across all levels of the organisation • Supporting on ad hoc projects Who we’re looking for We're looking for someone with previous experience within HR, with particular focus on benefits, employee care and HR systems. You'll demonstrate a high attention to detail, and possess strong proficiency in the use of MS Office tools including Excel. Solid analytical, presentation and communication skills are key in this role, as is curiosity, a willingness to learn and a collaborative approach to work. Ideally you will have some sort of CIPD qualification or equivalent and be looking to further develop your career within HR.
