It is a global, cross functional organization within PMI. At IBS, we work with our internal customers in the central functions, regions and markets, and design highly digitalized global process led solutions. The objective is to improve the experience of our internal customers through these solutions and enabling them to deliver their strategies for PMI – thereby accelerating the overall PMI transformation. Your ‘day to day’ Manage migration project or group of projects under IBS Finance function to ensure smooth transition between locations and successful delivery of assigned objectives and system related changes in terms of scope, timeline, budget and quality. Participate in building of a flexible, agile and innovative IBS organization that attracts, develops and retains the best global talents in order to deliver finance required by PMI, currently and in the future. 1. MIGRATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT Develops migration plan considering relevant phases and milestones, deliverables and budget to meet criteria and requirements of project stakeholders. Understands business needs and requirements respective to a migration, participates in defining objectives, proposes solutions and implements the agreed objectives. Monitors and reports migration status to a project stakeholder, escalates issues to migration program manager. 2. MIGRATION PROJECT TEAM Effectively manages migration project team, assigns tasks, clarifies accountabilities, monitors execution and measures result of assigned resources for the assigned migration phases. Provides timely feedback of work in progress in terms of "what" and "how" and escalate potential issues. 3. RISK MANAGEMENT Prepare migration reviews and quality assurance procedures. Assess risks and seeks approval from key stakeholders to mitigate issues. 4. CHANGE MANAGEMENT Communicate with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to review project requests, assess project phase scope, manage resources, provide status updates, and plan, schedule and coordinate project tasks and deliverables 5. MIGRATION PROJECT DOCUMENTATION Ensures development and distribution of quality migration related documentation to all interested parties, including project plan and schedule, project charter, communications plan, requirements document, deployment plan, maintenance transition plan, and closing report. Who we’re looking for candidates with: • Education: University Degree in Finance, Business, Economics and related. Project Management (Prince/PMP/Scrum) certifications will be a plus • Strong leadership, with high presentation and interpersonal skills able to deal with various stakeholders at different levels in company • 3-5 years of extensive work experience within a related department in a multinational company or international environment • Project management skills • Consumer-centric approach and mindset • An action-oriented problem solver with people management skills, able to balance several tasks and priorities with resilience and positive attitude; • Adapts and responds well to change • Makes rational judgements and produces solutions to problems • Develops realistic and achievable plans breaking work down into manageable parts What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
