Position Title: Manager Brand Deployment Organization Unit: Marketing Location: Tokyo Reporting Manager: Manager Brand Marketing Purpose of the Position: The role holds the accountability of communication & contents development and deployment of concept, master communications, visual guidelines for all portfolio based projects (promos, campaigns, Launches, LEP offers, portfolio cycles) initiated by Portfolio and CPG teams. This includes driving the project cross-functionally and ensuring deployment of omni-channel toolboxes and consistency of content. The individual also leads critical and high complexity projects as a project lead. The key areas of accountability and coverage are • Co-development of creative brief to agency, working together with MK Portfolio/CPG team, to specify project objectives, KPI, channel plan & strategy, and material requirement across all channels (incl. e-Com) • Lead for development of concept, Master communications, visual guidelines for portfolio promo communications and lead projects (of high complexity and provide supervison to AMM and Mk Exec) • Concept, Master Key Visuals, Guidelines, & CVS comms (10-12 slots per year) for Seasonal Promos, Launches, LEP <excl CC> • Deployment across all touchpoints (Thematic campaigns) • Accountable for quality of final deployments • OC coordination, Portfolio, TP / Channel alignment • Co-work with KA, CP team for input on new POSM fixtures, and provide the necessary communications for such fixtures Accountabilities • Supervise (to AMM & Exec in smaller projects) and deploy/execute (projects of high complexity) the development, production, execution and monitoring of projects. • Comms toolbox and development of all assets for portfolio cycle activity (monthly CVS) as well as promotions and launches across all channels • Comms toolbox and development of all assets (except packaging) for Valentine's Day, White Day, Father's & Mother's Day • Collaborate with KA, CP, OC, Portfolio teams to deliver the comms toolbox as per cycle calendar. (timeline management, Project team and MT updates) • Risk Management & content compliance to brand & legal requirements (and optimized for search and user experience) • Online and Offline content strategy – contact point for OC for master assets • Offline & online content trans- creation and management (All comms support including brochures, leaflets, On screen comms, POS materials for Café, Horeca, Welcome places, FSS, Shop in shop) • Multichannel / Omni channel publishing • Content Versioning and A/B Testing • Monitor content effectiveness - consumer F/B • Performance tracking, analysis & reporting (Cadence meeting) • Content creation spend management (Agency/Budget management) [Establishment of relevancy] Accountable for communication & contents development and deployment of concept, master communications and visual guidelines for all portfolio in establishment of relevancy among “LAS not on journey” and “LAU not fully convinced”. This requires the role to; - Contribute to a holistic strategy development / strategic planning, omni-channel concept & content creation from brand communication perspective - Lead tactical deployment of communication contents across brand and channel activities - Manage multiple stakeholders in OC, Region, JP senior management - Drive cross-functional collaboration involving a wide variety of functions e.g. Research, S&PD, Finance, Consumer and Commercial. [Portfolio] Accountable for concept and content creation aligned with the promotion strategy for all RRP device and consumables for all platforms/ecosystems. This involves working collaboratively within Marketing, particularly with the Portfolio Product teams, and also cross functionally with Key Accounts, Retail, CPG and Digital. Work created spans all physical and digital touchpoints. Requirements ? College/University degree. Hands-on experience most important ? Japanese - written & verbal: Fluent ?
