WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Native English speaker (or C2 level) with previous experience in writing and reviewing texts, and excellent grammar proficiency • Project management capabilities, being able to define priorities and deliverables, including alignment with other functions, such as IT and Internal Global Communications • Resilient individual able to work with high-level stakeholders (including C-level) and to meet tight deadlines in matters of confidential sensitivity • Highest standards of self-organization and attention to detail. Communicating clearly with all involved stakeholders and customers by proactively chasing approvals and documenting key decisions • Initiate, review, publish and draft organizational announcements on the company’s intranet (internal portal), maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, quality, timeliness and confidentiality • Review content prepared by the People & Culture Communications Team to ensure highest standards in quality of language, consistency and creativity • Collaborate with various People & Culture Teams in locations around the world when needed to ensure synchronized local publications and the expeditious passing of geographically pertinent OA information • Build and maintain beneficial working relationships with Information Technology, Organisation Management and Talent Acquisition (among other Functions) to enable the smooth processing of employee moves • Identify and drive any improvements in the current system to enable greater efficiency and accuracy Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
