We’re recruiting a Senior Reporting&Analysis Analyst for a new Global Structure based in Portugal: PMI’s Finance Center of Expertise (CoE) and we’re waiting for you! About the Center of Expertise and the role The goal of this new CoE is to support PMI affiliates by developing an efficient, effective, capable and engaged organization with capabilities to collect, analyze and deliver information for fast, data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible of initiating and independently perform analysis and planning activities at corporate level across all Regions to bring insights and added value analytics for supporting corporate decision making. It will be related to different streams and projects, from commercial engine understanding to volumes trend and bottom-line financial results, to highlight business risks and opportunities. By working closely with Regional the CoE teams to support the overall integration of all Regions and facilitate the level of analysis. In this context, work hand-on-hand with PMI corporate planning team and also contribute to resolution of project related issues by analyzing, identifying and proposing solutions to achieve critical objectives. As a Reporting&Analysis Analyst your main activities will be: MAPPING: Together with the Manager R&A and Corporate Financial Planning, prioritize critical streams of projects at CoE level, which require ad-hoc analysis and follow-up based on different measures, for instance i) consumer value, ii) return on investment, iii) financial feasibility PLANNING: Together with the Manager R&A and Corporate Financial Planning anticipate & react to business needs, with emphasis on consumer pain points, retail prices, profitability, taxation, competitive fundamentals and so on. Run and manage business cases (scope, goals, deliverables, costs, timescales, plans, dependencies, resource requirements and milestones), including deep-dive analysis to extrapolate risks and opportunities at corporate level. PRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION: Ensure the preparation of executive presentations to fulfil key messages based on business development and insights, by proposing alternative scenario planning and possible solutions. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Build trustworthy relationships throughout the organization, with particular focus on: - CoE R&A team, to ensure full projects streams and opportunities understanding, as well as resources deployment to such projects. Ensure as well a continuous follow-up with peers to navigate towards the same direction - Key corporate departments’ stream, including PBF&R and S&PD Work hand-on-hand with Corporate Business & Financial Planning team to ensure continuous alignment and common directions Ideal candidate will have: • Degree in Management, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Engineering or similar • Ideally 4 years minimum in previous experience in Strategic &Business Planning (and Business Development in RRP Markets/Regions, if internal candidate) • Strong finance and business acumen as well as commercial focus • Capacity to propose solutions to complex problems • Communication skills, ability to engage with senior stakeholders • Dealing with ambiguity • Accuracy and attention to details • Stand alone and demonstrated capacity to organize and prioritize work • Project Management Experience (preferably) • Advanced level of English spoken and written. • EU citizenship or a valid work permit to work in Portugal What we offer • Permanent local contract, with a competitive salary plus Tabaqueira’s employee Benefit including: Life and Health insurance; Pension Plan; Education allowance • A challenging work environment, with great development opportunities; • Growing and development opportunity within the Company.
