If you want to make a life-changing impact on consumers, there’s no better place. For our Omni-Channel team at Global Studio, London, UK we are therefore looking for a Manager Global Web Operations. In this position you will work closely with the current Manager Global Web Operations to ensure successful operations of the Web experience across our IQOS.com entities, being part of the wider Global Web Operations team. You will assist to: • Deliver, maintain and optimize website front end operational services / processes • Support the team in managing agency relationship • Help establish processes, clear SLA’s, determine priorities and schedules • Plan necessary resources to ensure completion of tasks and projects on schedule • Help deliver and maintaining reports and monitor operational performance • Facilitate global & local initiatives / requests by assessing the feasibility of proposed executions vs. the AEM component library / system limitations • Support rollout of new & global initiatives (new product launches, campaigns) in accordance to established processes and coordinating effort with digital HUBs, IT and Business units. • Content publishing duties and validation on Globally owned platforms • Understand and meet the requirements of regional and local business needs • Support Head of Global Web Operations when needed and during absence / holidays • Develop collaborative relationships with partners across the board; explore partnerships opportunities with other people internally & externally. We’re looking for someone with: Skills and Experience (essential): • Pro-active, independent and responsible attitude • Extensive knowledge of AEM, Drupal, SAP Hybris and Demandware • Flexibility dealing with international ever evolving teams, languages and time zones • Ability to read complex, multi-functional (tech) contexts and prioritize initiatives. • Result-orientated and capability to relate actions to KPIs • Strong all-around abilities within ecommerce, technical and CMS experience • All around experience and understanding of ecommerce / website systems & processes • Ability to build long term relationships & communicate with a wide range of internal & external partners, either with business or technical background. • Proficiency in written & spoken English.
