You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. As a Senior Strategy Manager – Programs, you will work within the strategy & results delivery of the Operations function. This team is the nerve centre for operations to help deliver the transformation of PMI towards a smoke-free future portfolio. You will be driving and managing projects that deliver a step-change in service (speed), productivity (cost) and cash. This will allow us to unlock resources for PMI and deliver the new portfolio on time to consumers to help accelerate the shift towards a Smoke Free Future. This role involves leading 1-2 large projects at one time by generating hypothesis, guiding individual workstreams, defining levers, defining shifts the group has to make, objective fact-based analysis and bringing knowledge back insights. A typical project has 3-5 members of all seniority and expertise. You will bring outside knowledge in, question the status quo, listen well to stakeholders and lead synthesis of all the findings for their projects with clear and precise executive communication. Your ‘day to day’ As Senior Strategy Manager - Programs you'll lead end-to-end the strategy definition and strategic planning cycle of PMI Duty Free. Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to: ∙ Define the long-term strategy of the affiliate, structuration into programs with clear milestones, deadlines and deliverables, calculation of expected impacts and related costs / resources required ∙ Ensure top-down and bottom-up validation and alignment, identify required internal and / or external resources and initiate programs ∙ Preparation of the strategy meeting and presentation to the Regional Senior Management, as well as the Quarterly Business Reviews, participation in regional / PMI strategy meetings ∙ PMO process design: definition, the format of the meetings, calendar, audience, analyses required, tools. Reporting of results as well as collaboration with regional / PMI partners to exchange on standard methodologies ∙ Structuration of the RGM framework: definition of global and local pricing strategy, portfolio development, trade terms optimization, business investments and assessment of the value of consumer-related activities, business case definition for geographical expansions ∙ Design and implementation of Pricing Office Who we’re looking for: ∙ University degree in quantitative fields: Pure/Applied sciences, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent ∙ 6-8 years of experience in tier-1 strategy consulting firm (ideally Project Manager / Engagement Manager level) ∙ Strong Analytical and Learning Capability - excellent analytical skills and strong conceptual thinking. ∙ Independent & Agile learner with strong action orientation and drive for results. ∙ Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and convince senior stakeholders ∙ Entrepreneurship and Collaboration. ∙ Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills. ∙ Fluency in English required.
