Who are we looking for? • You have a minimum 2 years of experience in complex data analysis and/or CRM analysis with University Degree, • Ability to analyze and present high-volume data to different stakeholders in easy to digest form • Excellent command of English • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point), SQL and Power BI • Experience with data model of Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be an additional advantage • Ability to manage the process • Ability to think logically and analytically • Ability to respond to business needs • Self-motivated, innovative with an inspiring personality with strong presentation and communication skills • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills • Ability to multi-task and manage time in a productive manner • Ability to adapt the message to the recipient What we offer you? • Cross-functional projects in teams & companies • Cafeteria with various benefits • Attractive medical care for you & family • Remote work & flexible working arrangements • Pension employee program • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Life insurance • Wide range of trainings, further education, optional language courses How can you make history with us? • Segmentation and microsegmentation of our customer base for the purpose of CRM communication campaigns • End to end campaign analytics o Designing and validating campaign entrance criteria o Monitoring and analysis of customer (and segment/microsegment) funnel on all steps of the CRM campaign o Designing and validating campaign exit criteria, analysis on exit reasons and recommendations on changes to future campaigns to minimize exit ratios on given steps o CRM campaign quantity & quality data monitoring • Supporting the team and business stakeholders with target groups selection for one-off campaigns o Suggestions on microsegments best behaviorally suited for given campaign type o Suggestions on KPI/measures for one-off campaign performance measurement • Customer behavioral analytics based on segments/microsegments in context of CRM interactions • Verification of auxiliary data sources (like google analytics, marketing automation data or external sources e.g. GUS) for potential to improve segmentations, behavior analytics etc. and suggestions on which sources should be added to datawarehouse • Prototyping of reporting/analytical solutions to monitor all aspects of CRM campaigns • Productization, maintenance, support and improvements to reporting solutions for CRM • Building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI – CRM campaigns performance, database composition and changes etc. Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
