Key responsibilities: • Own and shape the digital budget and P&L. • Monitor and analyze KPIs for operations, online sales and marketing effectiveness for our online platforms. • Define strategies in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, retention, conversion, A/B testing and reporting of the digital Channel. • Successful track record of implementing digital campaigns and projects to support lead generation objectives. • Evaluate online users’ behavior to deliver engaging online experiences via constant Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques. • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. • Drive innovation and enable personalization by utilizing advanced digital tools and transforming them into new omnichannel e-services/initiatives/features. • Lead & monitor digital, .com eCommerce, CRM journeys & website key metrics to improve channel effectiveness, (UX/UI) usability and performance. • Ensure availability and website performance. • Manage the relationships with 3rd parties and intermediary services. • Oversee Paid Media & SEO strategy. • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). • Work in close collaboration with Global, Regional Team and Consumer Experience Team so as to shape local and global roadmap of new product launches and overall initiatives. Essential Skills and competencies: • At least 5 years work experience within digital marketing environment with proven commercial track record to meet or exceed targets and goals. • Proven knowledge and experience of the digital platforms, operations, web analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI) and online partners would be essential. • Deep understanding of the paid media, digital marketing, e-commerce, direct sales and affiliate marketing knowledge would be essential. • A systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems. Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast changing environment. • A self-starter, ability to prioritize, conflict-resolution skills and adhere to business-critical deadlines. • An entrepreneurial by heart - Optimistic, able to take calculated risks, and most importantly can execute and/or improvise based on untested ideas. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Degree in marketing, business, computer science or equivalent. #LIJobs
