WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT: • University degree in Human Resources, Business/Economics or equivalent • Relevant experience in Human Resources or Finance in a multinational organization; experience in compensation is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly detail-oriented • Customer understanding / centricity • Collaborative in nature: a team player who can develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management to become a trusted partner and can successfully work independently • Good command of Microsoft Office tools, Excel in particular, and SAP HR • Fluent in English, with well-developed writing skills WE OFFER: • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals in company canteens or Sodexo card while working remotely • Remote work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Conducting analyses and preparing compensation related proposals for the executive population such as promotions, lateral moves and new hire offers • Running end of employment related activities for executives, working closely with 3rd party vendors on tax and social security related matters • Preparing analyses and recommendations on various projects related to competitiveness of our executive compensation practices • Researching compensation trends and developing innovative methods as needed • Contributing to the development and implementation of new concepts / change management tools to support compensation-related initiatives for executive population • Providing guidance and support on inquiries raised by different members of the People & Culture community and senior management • Working with other Total Rewards and People & Culture teams on broader scope projects driven by our business transformation Please note that only online applications will be taken into consideration.
