If you want to make a life-changing impact on consumers, there’s no better place! For our Consumer Insights team in London, UK, we are therefore looking for a CRM Analytics Manager to join our team. In this position, you will play an instrumental role to drive the evolution of global CRM Analytics for PMI and bring actionable insights to boost the growth of smoke-free business category. You will: • Convert CRM data into business insights to facilitate data-driven decisions for smoke-free business category; leveraging various analytics methods explore the data generated from the main CRM business processes including: o Consumers registration, opt in/out, etc. o Device ownership, replacement and upgrade o Marketing campaigns (incl. Email, SMS, Viber, Call Center Outbound, etc.) o Consumer programs (Leads, Referrals, Loyalty, etc.) o Customer service & support o Sales and promotions for own channels • Liaise with the key stakeholders in HQ & markets to define and prioritize Business Intelligence needs for CRM business processes; create measurement plans, design dashboard and granular data products for deep-dive analysis • Act as a Business Product Owner working in close collaboration with IT and Data Engineering teams to drive evolution of global BI capabilities (including pre-built dashboards and granular data products) • Manage deployment of centrally designed BI capabilities for the markets as part of global CRM platform roll out (including overview for local BI teams, fit/gap assessment, new requirements prioritization, hyper care) • Contribute to the exploration of the use-cases where CRM data can substitute/complement traditional (survey based) consumer research methods. • Keep up on the latest trends in data visualization, marketing insights, and the analytics field in general We’re looking for someone with: • University degree in statistics, business administration, information systems, engineering, or equivalent related field • 5-6 years of experience in Analytics domain with proven track record in data visualization and storytelling; ability to present the learnings and recommendations to the senior stakeholders • Extensive experience analyzing consumer data and bringing business insights; data science experience would be a significant plus • Proficiency in dealing with data via SQL query engine; experience with Python and/or R is a plus • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Tableau and other modern data visualization tools • Candidate must have strong analytics and critical thinking skills • Comfortable tackling problems that have not been solved before • Fluent English.
