Lead the Pricing team while working with Commercial teams to execute RBH’s pricing strategies and support product launches. • Understand from Commercial teams the business requirements and ensure information needed for B2B and B2C system inputs are complete and correct. Obtain appropriate management approvals and ensure internal processes and SOX/operational controls are followed prior to and during review and system release of price updates. • Coordinate and oversee the price lists generation and distribution process for RBH customers. • Manage business requests, inquiries, and expectations in fulfilling business requirements while ensuring the time and workload of the Pricing team is distributed as evenly as possible. • Provide input and support for new initiatives; address ad hoc requests from business partners in a timely manner for pricing related matters. • Support and contribute continuously to the improvements of systems and/or work methodologies to ensure that finance processes work effectively and efficiently and are adapting to evolving business needs. Implement improvement initiatives and actively participate in projects to improve efficiency pricing processes. Who we’re looking for? You are customer centric, pro-active, hands-on, and adept at working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple and competing priorities with tight deadlines. You bring with you: • University Degree in Accounting or Finance • Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) designation or equivalent is not required, but is a plus • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Finance lead role • Sense of urgency and customer centricity • Proven ability to effectively manage internal and external customer expectations while firmly enforcing practices, policies, and procedures WHAT WE OFFER We offer the opportunity to join an organization where you can grow in a wide range of business functions.
